IISA 2025 Gurugram will gather expect of more than 200 Indian and 100 foreign participants. An exhibition will be associated to IISA 2025 Gurugram. It will cover ALL AREAS OF ACOUSTICS (instruments, equipment, software, services…). In order to improve the contact between the participants and the exhibitors, both morning and afternoon coffee breaks will be organized within the exhibition area. The booths will be assigned on the first-come, first-served rule.

Sponsoring

Companies or institutions wishing to sponsor the IISA 2025 Gurugram are warmly welcomed. Sponsors’ support will be mainly devoted to support student participation to the conference. In order to have common rules, the following categories have been established for Sponsors (Indians/Foreign).

For all sponsors, the general advantages are the following:

1. The logo of the Sponsor will be present on all printed matters/all publications.
2. A sponsor list will be printed in the conference program and abstract book (souvenir).
3. A Sponsor presentation will be inserted in conference USB drive: for each Sponsor, it will include a short description (1 page provided by the sponsor) with a link to the sponsor’s website.

GOLD SPONSOR	₹ 90,000/$3,000	All Silver Sponsor advantages In addition: together with Conference logo (or name), the Sponsor logo (or name) will be printed on one conference items (paid by the Conference): pen, notepad, mouse pad, bag… The sponsoring will be announced and clearly displayed when co-sponsoring a reception, luncheon, student travel grants or competition prizes.
PLATINUM SPONSOR:	₹1,20,000/$6,000	All Gold Sponsor advantages Other advantages to be discussed with corresponding Conference General Chair/Co-Chair.

ADVERTISEMENTS

Souvenir (abstract book) consists of highlights of technical programme, delegates list and abstracts. It will be distributed to all participants.
Advertisement in this book provides a golden opportunity for industries and others to advertise their products and services for the future business.
