Each registration fee entitles presentation of only one paper; additional presentations are each charged an extra paper fee of ₹500 for Indian and USD 100 for foreigner.
If you choose to make the payment by Bank Transfer, please be advised that the final amount received by the Organizing Committee should be your registration fee. Please remember to pay for all bank charges on your end, i.e., sender pays all fees.
⚠️ Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be sent in writing by email to the IISA Secretariat at iisa2025kiit@gmail.com.
- Delegates who cancel between 1 September 2025 and 15 September 2025 will be refunded 50% of the total of their registration fee and payment paid by Bank Transfer, the administrative fees and bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made after the Symposium Secretrat.
- If the cancellation is requested because of a denied visa, a full refund (after deducting administrative fees and bank charges) will be made.
- No refund will be made from 16 September 2025.
