1. Cancellations must be sent in writing by email to the IISA Secretariat at iisa2025@kiitworld.in.
2. Delegates who cancel between 1 September 2025 and 15 September 2025 will be refunded 50% of the total of their registration fee and payment paid by Bank Transfer, the administrative fees and bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made after the Symposium Secretariat.
3. If the cancellation is requested because of a denied visa, a full refund (after deducting administrative fees and bank charges) will be made.
4. No refund will be made from 16 September 2025.
5. Payment options: Payment can be made by bank transfer or via online services presented after registration. All payments are in Rupees.

7. For any bank transfer made from outside the Rupees zone, please be aware of bank service charges. All bank charges for remittances are to be borne by the participant. Failure to pay this fee will result in an incomplete registration.
8. Please include your registration number and your name in the description section of your transfer.
9. Security

We will take care to ensure that your personal information is secure. When we do provide mailing lists to third parties or vendors we enter into agreements with such parties requiring them to comply with all applicable laws, and prohibiting further distribution or disclosure of the lists to other parties.
